"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar Cheese
6 1/2 oz. crabmeat, cleaned
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
20 2-inch buttered toast - round or square ( you can make your own easily, see below)
3 strips bacon, chopped up
7 stuffed green olives, sliced in thirds

1. Fold cheese and crab into egg whites.
2. Pile on toast.
3. Top with bacon and broil until cheese melts and bacon is crisp.
4. Top with olive slice.

Toast Rounds:
1. Toast very lightly all bread to be used.
2. Lay bread out flat and butter all pieces.
3. Either after carefully cutting out circles or cutting bread into squares (which does not waste any), place on flat tray and broil for enough time just to melt the butter. Remove immediately.
