New York Kugel Recipe

of 375 gram package medium sized egg noodles, uncooked
4 Tbsp. melted butter
cup sugar
3 eggs, beaten
500 grams creamed cottage cheese
1 - 14 oz can crushed pineapple and juice
2 cups milk

4 Tbsp. butter, melted, for pan

A handful of Corn Flakes
A small amount of brown sugar, if desired

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine noodles, 4 Tbsp melted butter, sugar, eggs, cottage cheese, pineapple and juice, and milk in a large bowl.
Pour 4 Tbsp melted butter into a 13x9 pan.
Pour noodle mixture into pan.
Mix crumbled Corn Flakes and brown sugar together; sprinkle on top of kugel.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Cut in squares. Fast freeze and store in plastic bags. Heat to serve.
