1 shucked oyster
1 ounce very chilled good vodka
A pinch of strong horseradish
A dab of red cocktail sauce
A dash of Tabasco sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the cocktail sauce, Tabasco and horseradish, don’t over mix.
In a shot glass add the vodka and cocktail sauce.
Add the oyster on top.
Bottoms up!
