1 Tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled, chrushed, chopped
1 pound ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of oregano
1 (12oz) package of rotelle pasta
1 (26oz) jar marinara sauce
1/4 cup chopped black olives
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onions.
Allow onion to cook a bit, then add diced green pepper.
Add the minced garlic.
Allow the three vegetables to cook to become transparent.
Add the ground beef.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add a pinch of oregano.
When the beef is brown, turn to low.
Boil your pasta water, add salt to the water.
While pasta is cooking, drain the fat from your meat. Return meat to skillet, keep on low.
Stir in the marinara sauce to meat, turn to medium, stir. When sauce bubbles turn to a very gentle simmer.
Once pasta is al dente remove from heat and drain.
In the empty pasta pan, put back in drained pasta.
Pour in your warm marinara sauce and meat over the pasta.
Blend together.
Add the chopped black olives.
Mix well, serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan on each serving.
