1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup grated Romano Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
Chopped Garlic, Celery, Green Onions
Parsley
2 pounds lean Ground Beef
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 small package of fresh Mozzarella cheese, sliced

Gravy Ingredients:

Chopped Celery, Onions & Garlic
Parsley
2 tablespoons sugar
1 small can Tomato Paste
1 small can of Tomato Puree
1 small can of Tomato Sauce
Note: Gramma mixed up the brands: Progresso, Hunts and Contadina

Directions:
Directions:
Either use leftover gravy from meatballs or make the gravy in a medium saucepan.
Sauté the celery, onions, garlic and parsley then add the tomato sauces and sugar.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl.
Place half of the meatloaf mixture either on a cookie sheet or in a loaf pan.
Now place the mozzarella cheese in the middle then cover with the remaining meatloaf mixture.
Pour the gravy ingredients over the meatloaf.
Bake for 50-55 minutes.
