2 Eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. Sugar
1 cup Milk
1 cups Flour
Pinch of Salt

Sunshine Sauce
cup Butter or Margarine
1 Egg
1 Cup Confectioner's or Granulated Sugar
tsp.Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat baking cups or muffin pan. Mix all ingredients and put in well buttered cups or pan. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes, then 350 for 30 minutes.

Stir all sauce ingredients together and beat in a double boiler over hot water until fluffy. Serve hot in centers of broken popovers.
