Parsley and Parmesan Crusted Pork Tenderloin Recipe

2 12 oz pork tenderloins
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 t thyme
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/4 cup dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic

Preheat oven to 375
Spray dish with Pam
Mix mustard and garlic and spread on pork
Combine all other ingredients and cover pork
Bake 20 minutes or until done
Let rest 5 minutes
