16 oz Cream Cheese
2 Eggs
3/4 c. Sugar
1 T. Lemon Juice
1 t. Vanilla
Vanilla Wafers
Cherry Pie Filling

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese eggs, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla together for 5 minutes. Place wafers in bottom of small cupcake papers. Fill with mixture about 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. When cool, spoon 2-3 cherries from pie filling on top of each cupcake.
