2/3 c. Butter or Margarine, melted
1/4 c. Peanut Butter
1 c. Packed Brown Sugar
1/4 c. Light Corn Syrup
1/4 t. Vanilla Extract
4 c. Quick-Cooking Oats

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and vanilla. Gradually add oats. Press into greased 9x13x2 pan. Bake at 400º for 12-14 minutes or until edges brown. Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes.
 

Topping

1 c. Milk Chocolate Chips
1/2 c. Butterscotch Chips
1/3 c. Peanut Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chips and peanut butter in microwave or sauce pan. Stir until blended. Spread over warm bars. Coll completely before cutting. Store in refrigerator.
