Several Zucchini
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Butter
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil whole zucchini for 10 minutes or until tender but not soft. Drain and slice. Layer zucchini into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dot with butter. Cover with grated parmesan cheese. Continue layer until have as much zucchini as you need. Bake in moderate (350) oven until cheese melts.
