2 boxes Jiffy corn bread
2 Eggs
2/3 Milk
6 Hot dogs chopped

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a mini muffin pan with non stick cooking spray.
Mix together corn bread mix with eggs and milk until smooth.Fill your prepared muffin tin 3/4 way full with your corn bread mix. Add chopped hot dogs to each muffin. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until muffin is done.
