8-10 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
2 cups Herdez verde Salsa
2 cups Chicken Broth
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Trim chicken breasts.
2. Mix salsa, chicken broth and cumin together in crock pot.. Place chicken breasts in mixture making sure to coat them well.
3. Set the crock pot to:
Low for an 8 hour cook time
Medium for a 6 hour cook time
High for a 4 hour cook time
4. Shred cooked chicken with two forks. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve chicken on tortilla shells or over rice with corn, beans and crushed up tortilla chips.
