3 Lbs chuck roast
2 TB oil
2 packets beef stew seasoning mix
bottle of cheap red wine
potatoes, carrots, onion as desired


Directions:
Directions:
Sear roast on both sides in oil in dutch oven. Then add both packets of seasoning mix and cover with bottle of red wine. Simmer on low for an hour an a half to two hours, then add cut up potatoes and carrots (and onion if desired) for another hour of cooking. Meat should be falling apart. SO good my favorite!
