1 pound thick, round Steak
2 tablespoons Shortening or Oil
1/3 cup Chopped Onion
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 Beef Bouillon Cube
1 large can (28 ounce) Whole Tomatoes
1 large Green Pepper (cut into chunks)
1 cup Hot Water
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Corn Starch
1/4 cup Cold Water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice steak into 1/2 inch thick strips. Brown quickly in hot grease.
2. Add onions, seasoning and bouillon cube dissolved in hot water.
3. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Add tomatoes and green pepper and cook 15 minutes longer.
5. Combine corn starch with cold water and add to meat mixture. Stir until slightly thickened.
