1 gal. sweet milk
6 eggs beaten
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 cups sugar
1½ tsp. vanilla (sometimes I add more)
dash- salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat eggs in a large bowl.
2. Add other ingredients and mix well.
3. Pour mixture in freezer.
2. Add sweet milk to fill line on freezer.

(to make Chocolate ice cream substitute- 1 gal. chocolate milk for sweet milk and add chocolate syrup)
