1 cup Flour
2 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/3 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar2 Eggs
1 cup Evaporated Milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Beat eggs and mix with milk. Add the milk and eggs to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
2. Drop by spoonful on your hot, greased frying pan. When puffed, full of bubbles and cooked on the edges, turn and cook on other side.
3. Optional: Add mashed bananas, chocolate chips or blueberries.

This makes enough for two people.
