2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1/4 cup baking cocoa
3 cups quick rolled oats
1 cup peanut butter
1 TBSP vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, milk, butter and cocoa to a boil over medium heat. Let boil (rolling boil) for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add peanut butter vanilla and oats. Stir to combine well. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper. Let cool completely. Store in an airtight container
