6 tomatoes
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/3 cup bell pepper, chopped fine
1 tablespoon onion juice
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Dressing:
1 pint mayonnaise
1/2 cup celery, finely cropped
1/3 cup chili sauce
1 can crab meat

Directions:
Directions:
Peel tomatoes, scoop out stem end making a cup. Salt generously. Place in dish in refrigerator with cut side down to drain & chill. Stuff with cottage cheese which has been seasoned with the bell pepper,
onion juice, salt, pepper & Worcestershire sauce. Dressing: Chill all ingredients. Add chili sauce, celery, & flaked crab meat to mayonnaise just before serving. Serve tomatoes with a generous serving of dressing.
