2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
10 oz cooked shrimp
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup cocktail sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1 med. onion
1 green pepper
1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
1 packet unflavored gelatin

Chop onions, shrimp and green pepper. Mix all other ingredients. Add onion, shrimp and pepper to mix. Pour into oiled mold and refrigerate overnight

When Ann Stewart graduated, Pam held a reception at their house. All of her food was delicious. This sounds very familiar. I thought maybe we may want to try it for Christmas Eve or Derby some year.
