2 lb sausage
12 pieces toast
4 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp salt
12 eggs
16 oz pkg. shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Brown sausage, drain grease. Take the remaining ingredients and mix very well. Add sausage. This is better to make the night before for it to set up its consistency. Refrigerate. covered. Bake the next day for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. We made these for overnight retreats and this dish was very well received.

We made this for church meals. I have a note that it takes 2 casseroles to serve 20 people.
