2 cups Pillsbury Pancake mix
1 cup finely grated raw potatoes
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon minced onions

ADD:
1½ cups milk
3 eggs unbeaten
3 tablespoons melted shortening

POUR:
batter, ¼ cup at a time, onto hot, lightly greased griddle. Bake: turn only once. Serve with broiled ham and apple rings; top with cream gravy or syrup.
