Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger (lean)
1 medium onion
1 large cottage cheese or Ricotta
2 eggs
1 lb Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Salt
Pepper
1 box ready to bake lasagna noodles
Ragu or Prego Spaghetti Sauce (Original, no meat) (Large jar)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and chopped onion. Drain or absorb with paper towels any grease remaining in hamburger.

Mix beaten eggs and cottage cheese together.

Mix sauce into hamburger and onion.

Alternate layers of noodles, hamburger mix, cottage cheese mix, and mozzarella cheese in a sprayed baking dish. Repeat layers with tomato sauce topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.Sometimes I may have a noodle or two left over depending on size of pan. I have doubled ingredients when cooking for 12 on Bunco night.
It was delicious since I used amble sauce and cheeses.

Bake 45- 60 minutes depending on amount made in 350 degree oven. Cover with foil. It needs to be lightly browned on edges and on top and bubbling. I remove foil and let bake around 15 min longer to brown. If let set for about 10 min it will cut into squares easier.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I think Todd still probably does this. He liked to have noodles left over, sauce and cheeses left over to eat before the dish was baked and ready.

I have made it many many times and it is one of my favorite dishes. This one i made up myself. Was not difficult, just added everything that lasagna looked like it had in it!!
