Ingredients:  
1 round steak, cut into 1 inch strips. Saute with onion and butter.
Add 1 cup water. Pressure cook for 20 minutes or cook until very tender.

Add 1 package dry stroganoff mix (Lawry) or store brand
1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup.
Cook on medium heat until bubbly. Turn to low and continue cooking for about 15 min.
Can add slight amount of milk if too thick

Just before serving add 1/2 cup or more low fat sour cream.

Serve over hot egg noodles (I use yolk free)

I double this recipe (depending on number of people served). Depending on size of round steak I often do not double the meat when I double all other ingredients.
