2 packages Cream Cheese softened
1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
6 squares Bakers White Chocolate melted
cup Sour Cream
2 large Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla

1 cup Sour Cream
2 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
White chocolate curls

1. Beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice until blended and smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
3. Pour batter into a lightly greased 8 springform pan, smooth the top.
4. Bake at 450F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 250F and bake 30-35 minutes longer.

1. Combine sour cream and sugar.
2. Spread over cheesecake, bake 5 minutes more.
3. Refrigerate overnight, at least 5 hours.
4. Let cool completely before removing sides. Run sharp knife around sides before removing.
5. Garnish with curls, fresh fruit, or fruit sauce.
