1 stick Butter
4 tablespoons Sugar
1 cup Flour
1 cup Pecans, chopped
1 tablespoons Vanilla or Almond Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Mix together butter and sugar, then add flour, nuts, and extract.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown (you might have to turn them).
Roll in powdered sugar after baking.

These freeze very well.
