3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped nuts

Filling ingredients:
3 oz pkg cream cheese
4 T butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs on high speed for 5 minutes. Beat in sugar, add pumpkin and lemon juice.
Combine flour and spices and fold into pumpkin mixture.
Spread evenly on greased and floured jelly roll pan. Top with nuts.

Bake 15 minutes at 350. Loosen sides immediately and turn out on towel sprinkled with powdered sugar

Let cool then fill with filling.
Beat cream cheese and butter together, add vanilla and powdered sugar and mix well. Spread on cake and roll.
