Water Chestnut/Pineapple Rollups Recipe

Ingredients:

1 # bacon
can of pineapple, chunks
can of water chestnuts, whole
toothpicks


Sauce:

1/3 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. ketchup
1/3 c. white sugar
2 T. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon into thirds.
Wrap each bacon slice (raw) around pineapple chunks or water chestnuts and secure with toothpick. Place in a glass baking dish.
Bake for 30 mins. @ 350º. Drain grease.
Combine sauce ingredients and
pour on top of roll-ups.
Bake 30 mins. more. Enjoy!
