Ingredients:  
1 Lb Ground Beef
3 T plus 1 t Flour
1 t Accent seasoning
2 T Dry Milk
2 T Worcestershire sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste

Oil for browning steaks
1 Beef bouillon cube for gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Form patties and roll in flour. Brown on both sides in hot oil. Place in a casserole dish and make gravy in the pan where you browned the steaks, by adding a beef bouillon cube to the gravy. Pour the gravy over the steak and bake for 30 minutes in a 325º oven.
