1 LB. BUTTER
1 CUP SUGAR
5 CUPS OF PLAIN FLOUR
2 CUPS FINELY CHOPPED PECANS
1 TEASPOON VANILLA FLAVORING
1 TEASPOON ALMOND FLAVORING

Directions:
Directions:
CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR UNTIL WELL BLENDED. ADD FLOUR AND VANILLA & ALMOND FLAVORINGS. STIR IN CHOPPED PECANS. 'DOUGH WILL BECOME VERY THICK AND HEAVY.
ROLL INTO FINGER SIZES AND PLACE ON AN UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET.
BAKE AT 350 FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL BROWNED LIGHTLY.
ROLL IN CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR.
STORE IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER.
