4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 c. flour

FROSTING:
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. butter
1/2 c. Egg Beaters
16 oz. box confectioner's sugar
4 c. miniature marshmallows
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the chocolate and butter. Add the eggs, sugar and vanilla and mix well. Add the flour and stir to combine. Spread in a greased 13x9" pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. While brownies are baking, make the frosting. Melt the chocolate and butter, add Egg Beaters, vanilla and confectioner's sugar and stir until smooth. Stir in marshmallows. Spread frosting over warm brownies. The frosting will set up when the brownies are completely cooled.
