4 cups chopped, cooked chicken
2 cups finely chopped celery
1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
2 cans mandarin oranges
2 cups green seedless grapes
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped pecans

Mix all the above ingredients in a large bowl. Chill.

Jean Quiggins Stewart was an excellent cook. She was a dedicated homemaker and served both Stephensburg, Cecilia and Hardin County as officer. Any recipe she contributed you can count on being delicious I think.

We make our chicken salad similar to this. The only difference is we do not add pineapple. Jim uses a mixture of mayo and salad dressing. Depending on the sweetness you prefer, purple grapes usually are sweeter.
