1 pkg slaw or chop small head of cabbage
1 can Fiesta corn, drained
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro chopped
2 cups sharp grated cheddar cheese

Dressing:
1 cup ranch dressing
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp. cumin

Directions:

Mix all slaw ingredients with dressing ingredients. Chill for 4 hours.
