1 medium onion small dice
½ green bell pepper
½ red bell pepper
4 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp salt
1 TBL Italian seasoning
4 16 oz cans of tomatoes diced (Mexican style)
8 green chiles roasted or canned green chili medium heat
2 TBL oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, bell peppers, and garlic in oil until soft. Add 2 16 oz cans of tomatoes to the saute. The other two cans of 16 oz tomatoes place in a blender and lightly blend. Add green chilis to blender with tomato mixture and lightly blend. Add the blender mixture to the saute and bring to a simmer for 20 minutes add 1 TBL Italian seasoning and salt & pepper TT.
