4 (8oz) blocks of Cream Cheese, softened and cut into cubes

1 Lb Ham, chopped very small

1 Bunch Green Onions, chop off only the chive end, very fine

Salt & Pepper to taste

Onion & Garlic Powder to taste

Directions:

Mix all together with a sturdy mixer, adding cream cheese cubes a little at a time so not to overtax the mixer.

Roll into a ball and cover with crushed pecans, if desired, or place into Tupperware bowl and refrigerate overnight. The longer it stays refrigerated the better the flavors meld together.

Serve with crackers.
