2 C. sugar
2 C. whipping cream
2 C. white syrup
2 cubes of butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cream, syrup, and butter and cook until 240º. Turn heat off and add vanilla. May add nuts or chocolate. Wrap in plastic wrap.
