1 Lb Sausage

1/2 C Onion

1/2 C Bell Pepper

2-3 Cans of Pintos or Fresh Pintos

1 C Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies

8 oz block Cheddar Cheese

1 C Milk

1 C Self-Rising Corn Meal

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in skillet, along with onion and bell pepper. Drain and place in bottom of casserole dish. Mix pinto beans and ro-tel and pour over the sausage. Slice cheese and cover pinto/ro-tel mixture. Mix milk and cornmeal together to form a batter and pour over cheese. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until bread is done.
