CAKE:

2 C Sugar
2 C Flour
1 Stick Butter
1/2 C Crisco
3 T Cocoa (heaping)
1 C Water
1/2 C Buttermilk
1 t Baking Soda
2 Eggs (beaten)
1 t Vanilla

ICING:

1 stick Butter
3 T Cocoa (heaping)
6 T Milk
1 Box Powdered Sugar
1 t Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together:
Sugar and Flour

Bring to a boil:
Butter, Crisco, Cocoa & Water - then pour over flour mixture

Add:
Buttermilk, Baking Soda, Eggs and Vanilla

Pour into 11x17 sheet pan and bake at 350º for approximately 20 minutes.

ICING:
Put butter, cocoa and milk into sauce pan and cook over low-medium heat until it comes to a boil, turn off. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Pour over cake while hot.
Can put pecan halves on top if desired.
