3/4 c Heavy Cream, scalded
6 oz white Choc chips
1 lg egg
2 tsp instant espresso coffee
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp orange extract
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups whip cream

Directions:
Directions:
Pour a little cream into blender with everything except whip cream. Chill 15 min to an hour. Then add whip cream. chill for several hours and serve
