Miniature Pecan Pies Recipe

CRUST:
1 stick margarine
3 oz. crean cheese
1 C. flour, sifted
pinch of salt

FILLING:
1 egg
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup finely ground pecans
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Chill until firm. Divide into 24 small balls, shape in small muffin tins with fingers to form crust.

Filling: Mix flrst four ingredients. Sprinkle each shell with tiny bits of pecans (or mix all together). Cover with teaspoon of filling. Repeat until each shell is 1/3 to 1/2 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 12 medium or 24 tiny pies.
