1 C HEAVY CREAM
1/4 C CILANTRO

4 PIECES CHICKEN OR PORK

SAUTE GARLIC, SHALLOTS, MUSHROOMS AND JALAPENOS UNTIL SOFT
ADD WHITE WINE AND COOK UNTIL REDUCED
ADD 2 T CORNSTARCH TO THICKEN , ADD HEAVY CREAM
ADD SALT, PEPPER, GARLIC GARLIC AND COJITO CHEESE
CAN ADD ONION ALSO
POUR SAUCE ON CHICKEN OR PORK
