2/3 c fresh orange juice
1/3 c fresh lemon juice
1/3 c brown sugar (packed)
1/2 tsp grated orange zest
1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 c cubed pineapple, fresh or canned, drained
2 c strawberries sliced horizontally
3 kiwi fruit, peeled, sliced and slices cut in half
3 bananas, sliced and slices cut in half
2 oranges, peeled, sectioned and cut in half
1 c seedless grapes cut in half
2 c blueberries

Bring orange juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, orange zest and lemon zest to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract and set aside to cool. Mix all fruits together. Pour the cooled sauce over the fruit and cover. Refrigerate for at least 3 to 4 hours.
