2 C. milk (scalded and cooled)
C. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. yeast
C. water
2 beaten eggs
C. soft shortening
6-7 C. flour

1 C. butterscotch chips
1 C. butter
Melt slowly together

Mix milk, sugar, salt, yeast, and water. Add in eggs and shortening. Mix well and add flour. Let rise. Take half of the dough and roll out. Spread with caramel sauce, brown sugar, nuts, and raisins if desired. Roll up. Cut and place in the bottom of a greased pan. Cover with brown sugar and drizzle with white syrup. Let rise. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350. Repeat process with the other half of dough. Makes 2 pans.
