Dressing:
2 tbsp. Sesame Oil (Peanut Oil will do)
1 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp. Sugar
3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 clove Garlic
Salt and Pepper

1 can Water Chestnuts
4 Eggs, boiled
1 dozen Mussels, steamed
Paprika
1 can Tuna
Lettuce and Cucumber
cup Wild Mint

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients for Salad Dressing.
Place tuna in bowl and mix in ⅓ of dressing. Add lettuce, cucumber and mint. Add remaining salad dressing. Garnish with eggs sliced in half and sprinkle with paprika and steamed mussels.
