2 packages chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 stick of butter
1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 chopped onions
2 large cream cheese packages
Sliced mushrooms
2 cloves of chopped garlic
2-3 dashes of nutmeg
Optional Ingredients to serve with this dip: Fritos, Crackers, Rolls, Tortillas

Directions:
Sauté garlic and onions in the butter. Add cream cheese. Add mushrooms and artichokes and spices. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes or place on low heat in a crock pot. Serve with Fritos, tortilla chips, crackers or place rolls on top and bake the last few minutes with the dip.
