½ tsp garlic powder
¼ cup parmesan chees
¼ cup lemon juice
4 eggs

Directions:
Mix all ingredients except eggs. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Pour into a baking dish, and cook at 375º for about 40 minutes. Mixture should become puffy and brown on the top.

Clam pie is not a "pie", but we didn't know what else to call it, so "clam pie" it is!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
In the autumn, John buys a bushel of chowder clams from the wholesaler. We dump them in the sink, wash and cook them, grind them, and then freeze. We have enough ground clams and broth to last until the next autumn.
