16 ounces sour cream
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
16 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 pound package Ore Ida hash brown potato chunks, unfrozen
1 stick melted butter
1 cup chopped white onion
Crushed corn flakes
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all except potatoes. Add potatoes. Pour into 13x9 glass pan. Sprinkle top with salt and pepper to taste. Spread crushed corn flakes to just cover the potatoes. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes - one hour. This dish can be frozen for later use.
