One dozen hard boiled eggs, sliced
One pound small- medium shrimp, cooked ( reserve a few)
One pound surimi crab-washed & chopped. You could use real crab, but fake is fine.

2 cups or so of Hellman’s mayo
1/3 to 3/4 cup chili sauce-til it’s a nice pink color.
1 small jar capers, drained (reserve a few)




Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise, chili sauce and capers.
Layer in serving dish..... Eggs, shrimp, crab, sauce. Repeat.
Arrange a few shrimp and capers on top.
Chill and serve.

Scoop onto thin baguette slices or sturdy crackers.

Do some of you remember Bill’s 40th birthday party? It was only 29 years ago. The party was catered by a mother/daughter team, recommended by our friend Candy Warner. The food was wonderful and this was one of the things they made. It was a hit.
