Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 egg yolks
1 shot of rum
3 tablespoons sugar
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1-2 bags powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons sour cream
2-3 bottles Peanut oil

Directions:
Directions:
Blend yolks well. Add vanilla, rum, salt, sugar and sour cream and continue to blend. Pour liquid into mixer and add flour slowly until it forms a ball (might not need all flour to make the ball). Knead on floured board until dough blisters. Cut in half and roll out one half until thin, and I mean thin! Cut to 4 inches in length and about 1 1/2 inches in width. Make slit in middle and pull one end through middle. Deep fry until light brown. Let cool and powder with sugar. Don't be cheap. Put sugar on both sides. Do the same with other half.
