Ingredients:  
1 cup sweet potatoes, cooked
2 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 can evaporated milk (5 oz)
1 tablespoons flour
1 stick butter
2 tablespoons lemon or vanilla flavoring
1 - 9inch pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Pour into pie pan crust. Bake at 350* until done. Approximately 35 minutes.
