4 cups Cranberries
1½ cups Sugar
2 cups Water
3 tbsp. Cornstarch (or a little more if to be served unmolded)
Cream for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Cover berries with water in a saucepan. Bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes.Strain through sieve. Add sugar to taste. Thicken with cornstarch dissolved in a little cold water. Cook over low heat till thick and clear. If you wish to serve unmolded, rinse bowl or mold with cold water. Pour in pudding and cool. Serve with cream. Yields 10 servings.
